1996 Catalyst Literary and Talent Agency.   President and literary software agent.
1989 - 1996 Jim Preminger Agency, Los Angeles; Literary and software agent.
1987 - 1988 Columbia Pictures Television/TriStar Television, Los Angeles; Vice President, Business Affairs.
1984 - 1986 TMS Entertainment, Inc., Los Angeles; President, Sales/ Consultant.  Primary sales and business responsibility for new animation company.  While at TMS, the company sold (either entire programs or animation production) 194 half hour series and special television programs for clients such as CBS, Disney,  Universal, and KingWorld.
1979 - 1984 Sy Fischer Company/Taft Entertainment, Los Angeles; business affairs, packaging, literary and software agent.
1977- 1979 Dern, Mason and Floum; Century City; entertainment attorney.
